Hello!

Thank you for creating this wonderful module. It is very nice and fits very well with our design.

I just have a problem to report:

When using IE7, the page where the module is sitting will fail to expand/collapse the DNN containers using the + and - icons. When I mouseover the + or - I can see that it will call javascript:__doPostBack('dnn$ctr667$dnnVISIBILITY$cmdVisibility','').

In firefox and safari everything works fine, however its does not seem to be doing a real postback.

In IE7 it starts expanding/collapsing, but then there is a postback that occurs and everything fails. It also distorts my page with fake image place holders.

When I remove the docmenu from the page the problem dissapears.

Can you help me with this? Thank you in advance for your support!

Hi Osmany,

Thank you for reporting this. I was able to replicate the problem.

We'll look into the issue that is causing this. Meanwhile can you tell me what DNN version you are using? And could you post a link to the location where you have the DockMenu installed?

Thanks again!

Hi -

Glad that you could reproduce the problem. I'm using DNN version 04.08.01 and DocMenu version 01.02.00, which I bought through snowcovered .com.

Unfortunately our website is still under development and it is available only in our internal LAN. Let me know if your access to it is crucial to fix the problem, in which case I will arrange with our security people to grant you temporary access to it.

Thank you for your support,

Osmany

Osmany,

That's ok, it is not really that important that we get access to the site, I just wanted to see the container your were using.
I'll get back to you soon.

Thanks!

Actually it happens also in the expanding/collapsing areas in the Settings pages (any Settings page), so it looks like a more general problem, not just a container related problem.

Hello!

Is there any progress on this issue? Can we expect a fix soon?

Thank you,

Osmany
